Leh Ladakh Tour with Srinagar

Day 1 Day 1: Arrival at Leh

You will be welcomed by the French representative of our agency at Leh Airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Relax yourself to acclimatize with the high altitude. Overnight stay at Leh.

Day 2 Day 2: Leh

Post breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing of Shey Palace where the tall statue of Buddha is built by copper with the gold plating. Another spot is Thicksey where you will visit the twelve storied monastery. The last spot is Hemis which is very popular. Every summer, plays are organized and people visit here. Explore Shanti Stupa and nearby market in the evening. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 3 Day 3: Leh – Khardong La Pass – Nubra Valley

The following day after breakfast, depart for Nubra Valley and enroute stop at  Khardongla Pass which is 5600 Meters above the sea level. You will be amazed by the beauty of the snow capped mountains. Continue driving towards Nubra Valley which is the valley of flowers.  Transfer to the hotel/camp and rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 4 Day 4:Nubra Valley– Leh

In the morning, drive towards Hunder village and enjoy the camel ride on the sand dunes. Depart for Leh and enroute, stop at Diskit Monastery which is more than 500 year old. Stroll through the local market and then drive towards Leh and transfer to the hotel followed by an overnight stay.

Day 5 Day 5: Leh- Pangong Lake- Leh

Early in the morning, after breakfast, drive towards Pangong Lake, crossing the Chang La pass. Spend some time at 3 Idiots Rancho School. Spend some tiem at the Pangong Lake which is very beautiful and heaven for migratory birds. Return to Leh followed by an overnight stay.

Day 6 Day 6: Leh- Sham Valley – Kargil

In the morning, after breakfast, depart for Kargil and on the way stop at Sham Valley to explore the following attractions – Likir & Alchi Monastery, Magnetic Hills, Gurudwara Pathar Sahab, Lamayuru, Basgo Palace and Confluence of Zanskar and Indus Rivers. Further continue driving towards Kargil and transfer to the hotel followed by an overnight stay.

Day 7 Day 7: Kargil – Sonmarg – Srinagar

In the morning, depart for Srinagar an enroute, stop at Sonmarg to explore the following attractions- Thajiwas Glacier, Zojila Pass and Baltal Valley. Spend some time at Drass Village  and drive towards Srinagar. Transfer to the hotel and after a short relaxation enjoy the Shikara Boat Ride at Dal Lake followed by an overnight stay.

Day 8 Day 8: Srinagar – Delhi

Post breakfast, explore the major attractions of Srinagar – Mughal Garden, Tulip Garden , Shankaracharya Temple. In the evening, you will be dropped at Srinagar Airport to board a flight to Delhi for the onward journey.
