Payment Policy

• To confirm your travel arrangements, a non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
• This advance guarantees all services, including hotel and transport reservations.
• The balance payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to your travel date.
• Failure to make timely payment may result in automatic cancellation of services without refund of the advance amount.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Card: A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to the total payable amount.
• Bank/Wire Transfer: All banking or remittance charges must be borne by the sender to ensure full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more before travel date: 90% refund (5% retained as a cancellation/administrative fee due to high season demand).
• 15–30 days before travel date:50% refund.
• 7–14 days before travel date:30% refund.
• Within 7 days of travel or in case of no-show:No refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Jungle Safari bookings are strictly non-refundable.
• Bookings during blackout dates (Christmas and New Year week) are 100% non-refundable once confirmed.
• Domestic flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation policies and are only partially refundable as per airline rules.
• All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days after receipt of a formal cancellation request.

Important Notes

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or Euros/USD equivalent, depending on the invoice currency.
• Booking confirmations will only be issued upon receipt of the advance payment.
• Incomplete or delayed payments may affect hotel, flight, or safari confirmations.
• For bookings made less than 30 days before travel, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
